The Water X-Tract waterproof baseboard system is designed to collect water seepage entering the basement through the joint where the floor and basement walls meet. This hollow baseboard cove system is adhered watertight to the concrete floor using our exclusive Pro-SealOnce Adhesive. Ideal for monolithic slabs and moisture-prone areas, this low-maintenance, interior basement waterproofing system requires no jackhammers, no trenching, no digging, and no hauling buckets of mud.

The Water X-Tract basement waterproofing channel is bonded watertight to the concrete floor with our specially formulated Pro-SealOnce Adhesive. This urethane-based product is moisture-activated, making it perfect for creating a reliable seal, even in a wet basement. With no need to break concrete, the process is also ideal for homes with monolithic foundations. It can also be installed in traditional basements with footings, no footings and granite block & cinder block walls to create an effective basement waterproofing channel. The Water X-Tract system is installed along the perimeter of the basement floor and discreetly channels water to a our FAST SUMP system or floor drain. The installation process is easy, mess-free, and results in a clean, finished appearance similar to a vinyl baseboard.
